I have been working as a professional with 3-D modeling and animations since 1990. Modeling has always been a struggling part of my projects, to find the right quality level on the objects. I heard about Rhino from a college friend. This is exactly the kind of tool I have been looking for--very fast and easy to use modeler that will speed up my projects. After finishing the hammer tutorial, I decided to create the watch I was wearing. It took me seven hours to model the watch in Rhino, and three hours to create the textures. Then finally I rendered it in LightWave.
